Pratibodh's mentors and coaches are not selected primarily for their qualifications though those are substantial. They are selected because each one brings something a textbook cannot; lived experience of the barriers their students are navigating, and verifiable proof that those barriers can be overcome.

All coaches who work with Pratibodh's visually impaired students are themselves visually impaired, holding PhDs, corporate positions at major organisations, and received national awards. This is not coincidence. It is a deliberate pedagogical choice.
