Kumaresan is an Outreach and Training Consultant for Bookshare India (South India). Bookshare, (https://www.bookshare.org/), an accessible online library for people with print disabilities which is supported by the U.S. Department of Education, Office of Special Education Programs in collaboration with Benetech Technology, California, USA.

He also an Assistive Technology Trainer for persons with disabilities to empower them with effective use of assistive devices for better education and employment opportunities through ICT programs organized by National Institute for the Empowerment of Persons with Visual Disabilities (NIEPVD) - https://nivh.gov.in/ , National Institute for Empowerment of Persons with Multiple Disabilities(NIEPMD) - https://niepmd.tn.nic.in/, Sarva Shiksha Abhiyan (SSA), Special Education Institutions and NGO’s across India.

He guides and supports employees with disabilities working in government and private sectors on workplace solutions.
