R Jaganathan (Jagan) is an accomplished trainer on computer and mobile technologies for the visually impaired. He has conducted a number of training programs on skill development, and software training for differently able persons. He has also organized various competitions in  schools such as quiz, story telling, cultural events, braille reading, and sports for differently abled as well as awareness programs related to women health and psychology. 

Jagan is adept at all technologies that facilitate visually impaired navigate in the sighted world. Visually impaired himself, he has practical knowledge of how to use the technologies effectively and efficiently. He brings his wide ranging hands-on experience in using technologies to train visually impaired to succeed in the world of the sighted.

The National Federation of the Blind recogonised him as the Best Social Worker in Coimbatore district with an award in 2017.

He is BCom and MCom (CA) degrees from Bharathiar University, Tamil Nadu. He is currently pursuing a Certificate Program in Library Science from Annamalai University, Tamil Nadu. He 

works as Trainer for differently abled persons at District Central Library, Coimbatore.
